You should avoid supplements altogether - there is no substitue for a correctly followed workout plan (I'm assuming you want to increase muscle mass). Using supplements can cause the muscle to grow incorrectly and unnaturally, leaving it prone to injury in the future. While it looks bigger, its not necessarily better. A young person's body is still developing, and you should let that process happen naturally. However, a good workout routine will make your body develop even better than nature intended. See a personal trainer if you can, eat lots of protein to feed your muscles, and most importantly, remember to let your muscles rest between workouts - thats when they grow, so don't over do it.
