Well todays i have started my diet, i am going to do 45 minutes of pilates, 30 minutes of acerobics and 15 minutes of weights. snd i will eat 1200 calories a day, and drink 8 glasses of water, will i loose weigh fast??? and i weigh 125.

The trick is to stick to the diet. Choose one that does not feel like a diet. I did the Body for life diet & it worked great for me. Every sunday I could eat whatever I wanted. The first two weeks I was making a running list all week of what I was gonna eat on Sunday LOL!. I worked out regularly. I went from a size 16 To a size 8 in 10 weeks. I went from 31% body fat to 16% body fat but only lost 13 lbs since I was building muscle as well. It is hard to diet & work out so it is important to make it reachable. It I dont feel like a work out, sometimes I would rather just dance for 45 min. That works too. The secret is to make it so you want to do it!! So that it is enjoyable & so that you see rewarding resluts quickly enough to keep from getting discouraged. You can look on line & see if you can get ahold of some information for that program. Also they have a 24 hour hotline for you to call if you have questions or get discouraged... Goood Luck to you!!!!!!,,, I would also like to add that I have so fun energy I was running circles around my co-worker... they said it made them tired to watch me.

If you're wanting to lose weight, I would suggest this: Aerobics for 45 minutes, Pilates for 30 minutes, and choose 3 days a week for weights. Mon. Wed. Friday, weights, upper and lower body, 4-6 days a week aerobics, do Pilates several days a week.

For weight loss the aerobic is going to be your weight loss, Pilates and weights will be your toning, I teach all of them. You go girl. Make sure you have one day a week that you do nothing physical to rest!

properly, in case you take care of a ordinary of going to the pool popular at a definite time and swimming a definite style of laps. Then sure, you will commence loosing weight or tone up.

yep, sounds good. two things though.
1)you should only do weight training every other day, otherwise you could hurt yourself and do more damage to your muscles than good.
2)1200 calories is a little extreme, with that much excercise, you should eat about 1500, otherwise you wont have enough energy

yup, you should, 125 sounds like a good weight though, what do you want to lose for?? how tall are you?? a lot of people would love to weigh 125 myself included. good luck to you!! try to be happy with yourself, you are the only person that you really have to please you know. take care!!

First of all how tall our you. 125 does not seem heavy to me. But if you do that everyday you will either lose weight or be extremely fit.
