My nephew is 19 and doesn't have much experience with women. He says he sees women he would like to try talking to or getting to know, but doesn't know what to say to them so he just keeps to himself. Any one out there has some great ice breaker advise for him?

He needs to just put his shyness aside or he will get nowhere ! He could approach them and ask where something is..... do you know the nearest music or book store? and try to get into a conversation from there. Or if the situation is right, just smile and say "how are you doing?"

Where is he at when he wants to walk up and start talking to them at? It all depends on the situation and where they are at. I like someone that just comes up and makes a comment about whatever might be going on ... if I'm in the grocery store... pay attention to what is going on around me and you (that would be your nephew)... and either make eye contact and smile. Or comment on how good something i'm buying is or something. If you could give me a specific situation i could be more specific.

Try a dating service. It Set's all cards on the table and opens avenues for chat. Or even a yahoo personal.
