i think there is a digital camera out there that has the function where it will isolate a color when taking a picture. for example it will take a pic black and white but only red will come up. any ideas?

Acutally, selective color black and white photos are something which are not produced in-camera but through photo editing applications such as photoshop. They are actually fairly easy to produce, but a bit cliche these days because of their overuse in commercial photography.

Most cameras have some degree of creative/artistic affects but no camera will ever be able to do as full or as personalised a job as the program photoshop could. I love photography myself and experience has taught me that the best photos are the instantaneous ones that don't involve presetting, any camera configurating on the spot ultimately dooms the photo to be of a specific nature/composition/style. Digital photo editing on your computer on the other hand allows for instant snaps and the ability to be as creative as you like, as many times as you like after. I've used photoshop on my photography for anything from colour changes and ambience to complete overhauls, its got pretty much limitless capabilities. If your into photo manipulation it's the only way to go.
