Im Going out with this guy named Andy.
And He Is so sweet.
but he goes to the same school im going to in alike febuary.
were both in 8th and i weigh like 190 and he thinks i weigh way les than that..like 125..and i wanna be that weight before febuary!..how can i do it?.
plz help.

I HAve Been Eating Like twice A Day And I Have Not been Hungry In-between..and i feel like i have lost weight.

i can fit in like..x-large and meduim and large shirts..i used to waer 2x and 1x but now i dont..my pants got smaller..(looser).

i LOVE veggtables..2
and i read that if u replace to meals a day with special K cereal u will loose 2 pant sizes in 1 month!! of course with excrsixing!. =]

There is no miracle solution, it takes time to lose that amount of weight. Lifestyle changes are the biggest and most successfull ways to lose weight. Perform a rigorous cardiovascular excercise right after waking up, it sets the body up to burn more calories throughout the day. Cut out sodas, sweets, and a majority of the carbs. Try drinking 16 ounces of water 15-20 minutes prior to each meal, eating protiens first, veggies second and carb last (it takes you stomach 20 minutes to send the signal to your brain saying you ar full). Try to eat 4-5 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. In the evening do a combination of cardiovascular excercises and light weight training to increase the amount of lean muscle mass in you body, muscle burns 2 times as many calories.


I went from 254 to 212 in 4 months doing this.

Girl! I hope you have a great time with Andy. Ok, you have to walk every day from Monday to Saturday and eat three small meals a day. Don't starve or else you'll bindge! Trust me, that happened to me. I lost 35 pounds in two months eathing breakfast, lunch a snack at 3pm (energy bar or fruit or yogart) and then lots of veggies and chicken or fish for dinner. I walked 30 mins every night from Monday thru Saturday. On Sunday I ate what I wanted....its something my sister Zoila did:

1. No liquids over 0 calories
2. Eat lean protein, veggies, and fruit at every meal.
3. Do not eat any snacky carbs (bread, pasta, sweets, rice) - but if you must eat them only AFTER cardio.
4. Do cardio and strength training
5. Try to eat every 3-4 hours. Small meals, not big ones.

umm..diet and exercise. There is no other way. Start eating 3 healthy meals a day and make yourself excercise, even if you don't feel like it. It's healthy for you, too.
