I'm tall and really thin and i like it and alotta people are jeoulous and stuff but i just want to bulk up a liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittle bit.

how can i do that?


(i have really fast metabolism. i eat a lot and it burns off quickly its just how i am)

I would just cut down on my cardio and up my strength training. I would also make sure I was getting protein with every meal.
