Ensure if you try any diet you are meeting your nutritional needs. Take a Multi-vitamin to make up for any deficiencies. I have had the Adkins diet suggested to me by a doctor for controlling my blood sugar (and to lose weight).

Dr Adkins died from falling on an icy sidewalk, blunt force trauma to the head. Falls are a leading killer of the elderly. An autopsy did reveal he had high cholesterol.

NO, NO, NO!!!!
Any diet that requires you to cut out something that your body needs is not good for you.
Run far, far away from the Atkins Diet, horrible for your cholesteral levels.
Everyone I know who's tried it had moderate success in the beginning but were unable to stay with it. You'll find yourself craving a big plate of potatoes one day!
And, just try everything in moderation.
Much healthier.

seems such as you have had "induction flu". it is regularly occurring in the process the 1st week, that's a symptom of carb withdrawal. as quickly as your gadget adjusts it is going away and additionally you sense great. it is assuming which you have been doing Atkins properly, via the e book, and not some made-up version of Atkins that a lot of human beings look to do.

Yes it works. Basically when you work out or do any activity your body burns carbs first and then fat. So if you do not intake any carbs you burn the fat first, that is why this works. However, this diet died as mentioned by another user because its not healthy. You need some carbs in order to have energy.

I say no. Excersize and watch what you eat for youself. Don't depends on other people to help you lose your fat.
