No you're not. The fact that you are not overweight is because you do all that. Keep doing what you are doing. However, some times our bodies get used to the routine. Try new exercises. Look up on the Internet, there are plenty of examples of fat burning exercises. Diet drinks are not good for body at all. Make sure you have very little to no fat in your food and avoid sweets. Good luck.

No you’re not screwed. A slower metabolism is probably the issue, more so than your diet.
One suggestion is to replace all or part of your running routine for a circuit style workout that mixes aerobic then anaerobic (weights or resistance) back and forth. This tricks the body into elevating your metabolism greater than either one alone would do. This is the science that Curves was built on but you don’t need an expensive membership or even a lot of equipment. Just some free weights and some dancing or aerobic movements.
Make a mix cd with one song fast (for aerobic) then a slower on for the weight/resistant to help you switch back and forth. Try this for just 30 minutes to start and increase as you're able. Don’t make any other changes just this one and track it to see what happens. I’ll bet you start toning up. Don’t worry with the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat, just pay attention to the inches, how your clothes fit and how you feel.
Good luck!!

Sounds like you're on the right track.
How many calories do you take in a day, and how many do you burn? Your loss will depend on these two factors here.
1 lb is 3500 calories, so a deficit of this much would be required to lose a pound.
It sounds like a lot, but it's not. Continue excercising. And pay careful attention to how many calories you take in. About 70% of the calories needed to maintain your current weight are for body functions, so if you needed 2000 calories a day (hypothetically-- it's different for everyone), you'd use about 1400 of those so that your organs and such function.
I could comment more if I knew how much you actually DID weigh, but if you wanna find out your daily calorie requirements (as an estimate), go to http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
To lose a pound a week, subtract 500 calories from this (through cutting back on food and burning them through excercise), but don't go below 1200 for a prolonged period of time, or your body will go into "starvation mode"... it'll start hoarding fat. Ick.

How often are you running? How long have you been doing it? If your output is more then your input you will loose. If you're running 4-6 days a week and your eating is healthy, you should lose, but it should take several weeks to see it as well.
You might want to consider running 5 days a week and walking the miles the other day, be sure to give yourself one day off week for rest, your body will need it.

It sounds like you may have a slow metabolizm or you may have a thyroid problem. If you haven't discussed it with your doctor, I'd suggest it. Other suggestions are eat more often through the day but small, healthy things. It keeps your motabolizm from going high and low. If you aren't really overweight, maybe you need to be more comfortable with how you view yourself. Self esteem books can help with that. Good luck.

If you are serious about losing weight, the calories
in the food you eat should be less than the
energy you use. You will have to increase your
metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will
lose weight faster. More details available at
