I think it's sill called a bunk bed, regardless of the size of the bottom bunk?

Depending on the set up, it could either be a trundle bed, where one slides out from under the other, or it could be a bunk bed. As for the sizes, I believe that you are describing a Twin over Full bunk bed. Double is the same size as Full, and I haven't seen and Twin over Queen bunk beds yet (I work for a bedroom furniture store).

Sounds like a futon , bunk bed I bought one for my daughter.

sounds like you're referring to a trundle bed. The lower bed slides out from under the upper bed.
