I urge all Christians to get out and vote this week. Where I live, there are several Propositions that do not align with Christian principles.

No------ Christians today must remain neutral and not get involved with politics in any way, shape or form. We must not put our trust in human rulers.(Psalms 146:3)
If we vote for any imperfect human, then we are showing disloyalty to our King, who now reigns in heaven. Our allegiance is to our righteous King, and his Father's heavenly government only. The Bible says that man was not meant to rule over man. ( Ecclesiastes 8:9 )
We must obey the laws of governments as long as they do not conflict with God's laws. We maintain the same position as Jesus' apostles: "But Peter and the apostles answered and said, We must obey God rather than men." (Acts 5:29)
Human governments will soon be put out of existance and will be replaced by God's government which will rule over the entire earth. When you say the Lord's prayer and ask for God's Kingdom to come, that is what you are praying for.
The new government will last forever as seen at Daniel 2:44--"
"And in the days of these kings(current human rulers) the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever."
As long as governments condone war and make false promises they cannot hope to acheive, we will never see peace or security. Only God's government will make that happen. (PSALM 37:9-11)
Christians should not put their trust or confidence in political governments or rulers that God will soon overthrow. We need to look to God's Kingdom as the only hope for all mankind.

I know it is important to vote...
But I also know that the POWERS THAT BE WILL SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER.
Who won the Election by the votes 6 years ago...NOT BUSH!
We all know it was Kerry who won by the PEOPLES VOTES, but who has been president for the past 6 years?
G.W.BUSH.
I didn't vote for him...
Neither did more than half the PEOPLE...But he is still in the White House today.
I really am concerned about it, but really I do not think my vote matters.
It matters who has the most POWER and MONEY.
Bush doesn't make the decisions, Congress does not, senate does not...
The one with the most money DOES.
God Bless you for trying.
I am sure you have a good heart and a great concern.
I suppose the Anti-christ is allready in the world today.
I suppose, to focus on bringing more souls to God, is the real concern.
God Bless you.
Sorry so negative.
But just look around us..it is not by the people for the people, or else not one soul would be made to go to bed hungry at night...
That is not what the CITIZENS want...
My family is struggling to put food on the table every week or to pay for rent, or all the other bills for that matter.
If it was BY THE PEOPLE for the people, HEALTH CARE WOULD BE FREE, and not the lowest of plans either.
Nobody would go hungary, There would be no homeless problem...etc. etc. etc.....
Yeah I know, Change the world, one person at a time.
Well ya know the CATHOLIC CHURCH had GREAT POWER and AUTHORITY, THEY TOO ABUSED THEIR POWER...
You can not serve TWO MASTERS....
Money and GOD.
I do not expect to get ten points for this, but many will see it and I believe it is the truth.
Oh, I will vote... and it will not be for the REPUB-CROOK-AN party.

My King, Christ Jesus is already sitting on the right hand of God. I will not vote against him for some inferior man to rule as part of a government that God will soon destroy. (Daniel 2:44) That would not even be smart.

Such as live and let live, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle ...., the meek shall inherit the earth. I assume those are the ones you have in mind.

It is our duty to go out and vote to keep this country from falling into the wrong hands. Everyone needs to vote so Satan can't get his way.

Christ didn't follow rules. The jews told him not to preach his teachings, he continued on. AGAIN they told him not to preach, he went on. Then they caught him preaching again, they killed him.

I can't follow ANYONE who doesn't follow rules or directions.
You christians do and put people who follow rule-breakers into office. That's why you f'ers HATE George Bush.

Thanks for all you don't do.
PEACE
