Nothing serious but my knees kinda feel like there's an air pocket or something and my back just hurts a bit. I've been using an excersise DVD utilizing quite a few squat and stretching manuevers. It doesn't hurt when i move around normally, just can't finish the vid. Been doing it for a week or so and i guess the stretching and what not is catching up with me. Should i rest a few days or what?

I don't want to visit the doctor as it's rather minor a problem, and i hate doctors. lol

It's quite a shame, i was starting to see results and wanted to continue the program.

Any advise would be helpful. ;)

Take a DVD break for a few days to avoid exacerbating the problem. Instead, swimming or easy walking will keep you headed in the right direction and you can return to the more strenuous exercise when nothing hurts. Consider alternating between the two (one day tough, one day easy). Remember - easy does it! Think of it as a lifestyle change not a hit and run. Good luck.
