I suppose that with hormone supplements a woman might be induced to lactate without ever having been pregnant..
I know that once a woman has been pregnant, that she can
be induced to resume lactation almost at any time...
The husband can continue a womans lactation almost indefinitely after a pregnancy by simply sucking on her breasts..

It is possible. Sometimes women who are adopting will go through treatment to try to force their bodies to lactate so they can breatfeed their new babies. I believe it requires a combination of hormone treatments and time spent stimulating lactation through pumping.
Ask your doctor.
