Like what would you do or did to lose that weight.

The best advice i can give you is Move more, eat less. Idk it seems like to me by reading your questions is your like, almost borderline starving yourself. I suggest you do LOTS of cardio. If you can't do intense cardio, i suggest you walk for an hour and a half straight everyday. Or walk 3 miles a day. On that diet you will loose weight, i was say maybe 4 pounds a week, at the most 7, but as soon as you cave in on ANY fast food or e.t.c you will gain that back right away. East 3 steady meals a day and control portion size. Jog for 20 minutes instead of 10. Remember move more, eat less.

That's extremely unhealthy. It's unhealthy to just lose five pounds in a week unless you're obese or very overweight. What do you do? Diet *PROPERLY*. What I mean is portion control... vegetables, fruits, limit the meat (chicken or fish is fine), eat some healthy breads with whole grain, eat yogurt and granola bars (Quaker crunchy bars are delicious) for snacks. Combine that with a work-out schedule. Do lots of cardio like running, walking, jogging, swimming, biking, rollerblading, jumping, skipping, stairs... take your iPod with you. It's pretty fun, and it gives you lots of energy. You can even just play music on your computer and jump to it if you want to. That'll get your heart pumping. Use a treadmill if you've got one! Tone with light weights. Do push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, etc. Anything you don't need a machine for is much more effective. Be committed to this, and you'll lose weight. Don't you DARE go to diet pills, fad diets, or any other crap like that. They do NOT work.

There is no way to lose 12 pounds in 11 days short of starving yourself AND running/working out alot (3-4 hours a day). It's just to much weight to lose in 11 days.

Exercise
Don't eat any snacky carbs, only lean protein, fruits, and veggies
Eat every 3-4 hours, small meals though
Don't drink anything but water
For the last few pounds, go to the gym with a plastic suit and some Abylene and sweat it out in the Steam Room. Take a friend though, so you have someone to monitor you.

Go on the cambridge diet. You loose weight quickly and safely. However in such a short time most of your weight loss would be water and glycogen, and not 'fat', and therefore you would probably put alot of the weight back on, as soon as you started to eat normally. If you were to continue this type of diet for longer than 10 days you would burn fat quickly

There is no healthy way to lose that much weight in that short of time. Also losing weight too quickly gives your stomach flap and stretch marks.
