I started regular exercise about 10 years ago. I realized that the day I exercise, I tend to eat less and, able to control my appetite against sudden urge for bad food. Is it just a coincidence? Does anybody can explain why?

I think that it varies depending on the person. When I exercise, I am like you, I have no desire to eat. When I do eat, I am only craving healthy food. When my husband exercises he is not able to eat enough and is always hungry. I think that for most people they get into the mind set that when you exercise you don't want to reverse what you just did and will actually stop craving the bad food and go for the good, healthy food.

All the health magazines say it does but it has never been the case for me. If I walk a few miles, I'm starved when I get home. Not sure why. It probably does at least speed up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories when you do eat.

Yeah, it works for me. After a hard workout, I do not feel hungry for quite a long time.
