ok.. i have a friend that loves this guy but he doesn't care about her... she wants to forget about him but she just can't... how do i make her forget him... what can i do...???

Um....I know it's hard. You fall quickly for someone and it takes a million times longer to get back up.
This isn't anything you can help her with. She needs to do it on her own....but definatly support her, and lead her in the right direction.
The 1st step for her is to recognize that she is better than this, and she doesen't need him. The 2nd step is maybe finding another guy. It may lead to trouble though, it depends on the circumstances. Another thing that helps beyond belief is COMPLETELY occupying your time with your girlies and after-school activities. Just help her jam her scheduel....it'll get her mind off the jerk.

There's nothing you can do but wait until she's ready to move on. Try to go somewhere where she can meet some new guys and forget the other one.

the best way to forget about someone is to find someone else. do not push guys her way, she will ignor them because she knows what your trying to do. take her to parties, or clubs, or even out to lunch where they have hott waiters! just distract her without being too obvious. dont talk about the hot guys, let them come n hit on her!

keep her distracted. don't indulge her too much with the speculative conversations about how to get him, or how to forget him, or whatever. go see movies. start a book club together. go to the gym with her. just keep her busy, and it'll get easier.

Tell her he's not worth it. Help her find some one else or
do annual things like friday after noon shopping or monday night movies!! I hope I can help
