a lot of girls always ask me about my GF but i don't have any but i need a GF but they don't believe that, it seems like a joke to them im 19 i just don't get it why

It's a way that people flirt. Take it as a compliment. They're saying that you are so great and goodlooking that they can't possibly believe yoiu are single. If you like the girls that are saying it then that's your in to start to flirt back.

Well many women unfortunately automatically assume that men are "dogs" and just try to meet and get as many girls as possible, even to the point of lying about not being involved with someone. Or perhaps they see a good-looking, well-rounded guy like yourself and assume that some lucky girl must have already snatched you up.
Apart from carrying a polygraph machine with you, the only thing to do is to be yourself and to just continue telling the truth. Perhaps a friend can vouch for you on being single.
Eventually, you'll meet the girl who can see past assuming things about you without getting to know you better. This would be the type of girl that you should be trying to get to know better.

I used to get the same thing myself. I was a nice guy and knew it but I always considered myself average looking at best. I found out later, much to my surprise, that most girls thought I was rather attractive. So they saw me as this nice, good looking guy and just figured some girl had to have snatched me up.
