I realize that you only want to hear thoughts on how to hurt yourself, but I have NO idea as how to discourage you from doing this... I have lived my entire life with multiple ligament sprains all over my body. The damage these sprains are irreversible and very painful. At only 30 years old I have severe pain in simply standing and walking, running is nearly impossible. If you insist on not participating I would go with the stomach flu or migraine... something that will not cause permanent weakness or damage... you have your whole life ahead of you. Please use your brain and be smart enough to figure something else out.

Ok... I really don't want to give you any advice on how to injure yourself, but I have some pretty good advice. You shouldn't actually hurt yourself, but fake it. Just complain of extreme pain in your ankle. If your parents take you to the doctor. They will do x rays. If the doctor is nice, like mine was. buy a suzuki rm 125 , take it to a quarry, find a 15 foot bank at a 75 degree angle , go up this bank and hit powerband at the top, hope this helps

wow you're stupid! just tell them no need to hurt yourself but since you asked i'll answer. to answer your question run, leap and fall down stairs it should work. i sprained my ankle really bad although it wasn't on purpose i was trying to grab my cousin.
