I've seen them priced around $500-700 they're not cheap especially since they're a foreign breed and you can only get them through a licensed breeder.

Don't know, but I guarantee you can look around and find the most gorgeous barn kitten and pamper him indoors. We got a kitty from a petting zoo for free. Huge cat, weighs 11 lbs when he's too thin. Also, the most gorgeous coat. He has very similiar coloring to all the Blue breeds. The only difference is the eyes. He has green eyes, like most mix breeds.

a good breeder, $700 and up. a back yard breeder(I don't recommend) $400.

petfinder.com , you can search for a specific breed of cat. they have registered rescues from all over the US and Canada, there might even be a Russian blue breed rescue. that's what I did, it took me a year to find a Maine coon. well worth it. he's the bestest cat ever!
rescue adoption fees are about $150 Canadian to cover costs
