There are people who talk the talk and want to play at being "bad" and "evil." These people are intent on going on about how "evil" Satan is, yet they don't know him. Their ideas of so-called evil are nothing more than cultural concepts. Few have understanding of the meaning of the word “evil” and are simplistic in their thinking. Satan transcends "good" and "evil."
These individuals firmly adhere to the xian teachings concerning Satan. Deep down, they are really xians, not Satanists, as they follow the teachings of xianity. They rigidly live their lives according to their own specific cultural taboos. True Satanism is freedom, not living according to the restrictions of the xian teachings of what is *supposed* to be evil. They lack perspective and understanding. What is perceived as “evil” in one culture may be considered favorable in another.
Satanism is deep, transforming spirituality that transcends the human concepts of good and evil. People who are hung up on Halloween,

Whatever you feel you need to believe in, it's your prerogative. If Christians are invading your privacy just to evangelize and proselytize, that's not right.

I'm not trying to bring you down or anything..but that's what joining a new religion, any religion/church feels like at first.. I had a similar experience only it was a Christian church..they showered me with friendships and attention and it met my emotional needs and made me feel important..but after awhile the feeling went away and I realize you can't depend on any organization, group of ppl, or church for your self-esteem and happiness.you have to search for it inside yourself..but if it makes you happy, then I would keep doing it, as long as it makes you happy...although I hope the things I hear about church of Satan are just myths...like they kill people and sacrifice them or screw w/ ppl's minds and stuff like that...if that's the case, LEAVE!

church of Satan huh? you guys are making me laughing...you know what all the followers of Anton Lavey are? they are just atheists( because LaVey said very clearly that neither god nor Satan don`t exist) searching for attention. You joined them because you guys think that the term "atheist" is too common so you join the so called LaVey`s Church of Satan, that is in fact based on the atheistic view of the world..

Well, I'm glad you're worshiping Satan, maybe HE can help you with your spelling.
Now, the problem I have is that you must find this brag-worthy. How do the "Christians" knocking on your door know what, who or how you worship?
Admit it. You didn't join this "church" because it is what you believe, you did it to feed your need for attention.
Oh and as to your Additional Details: As Jerry and the gang say:
YADDA, YADDA, YADDA, YADDA.
May you some day find the acceptance and love you are so desperately trying to find, my friend.

The Satanic church you joined is not legit. You must understand the meaning of Christianity before you can join.No self-respecting Satanic church would take just anybody. What conclusions did you come to to prove your worth?

As a christian, you might think that i would want you to convert to my religion. But no i will do no such thing. Like i saif before on other answers, i do not judge. If you are happy being in your church then stay. If you are unhappy then go to a different one.
As long as your happy. That's all that matters.

When you say "so called God" that means that you dont know if He exists. However, if you worship Satan, he is from the Bible whom God created. If you believe in Satan you have to believe in God.

Tell me why someone would want to worship evil. What is the reasoning behind that? Satan comes to destroy and kill...ironic that you say you feel so alive..Satan is Death.
