It's pretty easy. just make sure youre upright as much as possible to direct the exercise to your legs. Dont lean on the handle bars at any time. You should be able to take your hands off whenever you want. They are just there for balance. If there's weight on your arms, you're wasting a lot of your exercise. I see people doing this all the time at the gym and it's so pointless. If it's so difficult that you need to use your arms, it's TOO difficult. Turn down the resistance.
