Would beings from another galaxy be the same as us? Or would they be just animals like the millions of non human beings we have on this world. Are we the only chosen of God?

First of all there is no such thing as god.
Secondly, according to the fictional book that everyone follows it says that God created man in HIS OWN image. Which means that god must have been a murderer, rapist, child abuser, wife beater, gay, etc...

First a small correction.

God created us in HIS image and after HIS likeness. I am sure that is what you meant but I needed to get it right for the audience.

I am not convinced on this either way - whether we are alone in the universe or not.

If there are other sentient beings in the universe like man then we are still unique because the creator of the universe, himself, came and lived on this planet for 33+ years, walked among us and taught us. When he left after paying the penalty for all God he sent the Holy Spirit to live in us and guide us into all truth.

Personally I believe that what we see around us now is just a testing ground, a small capsule of time where we walk and live having to deal with our ultimate adversary while being able to wield the Word of God himself in our defense and in the defense of others. When this time is over, and it is coming to a close soon, we will go out into the universe and begin to people the other planets in the other galaxies

As many have already said here, God created man in His own image. Let me add this.... All other god's, man created because of his own love for his own sin. You see only Jehovah God is, He is God and there is no other. I am the LORD, and there is none else, Isaiah 45:5. Man will say that man created God because of man's fear of death. This is exactly wrong. Fearing God is good....... The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: Psalms 111:10 Man has made idols and worshipped the creation rather thatn the Creator. Any man who does not believe in God has no excuse..... For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Romans 1:18-23 Lastly the Bible was written by men, but , and this is a big but, these men were inspired by God to write. Every single word in the Bible is absolute truth inspired by God. May He give you the wisdom to to understand his word. He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.John 8:47

They would be just as He chooses. He placed man here and then woman and all the animals then commanded us to multiply. He very well could have done the same on any planet in any universe in any galaxy. He gave each creature the ability to multiply itself, gave it instincts to prolong it's own life, and man the free will to make his own decisions and we alone question our existence and our creation, animals do not. All that lives and breaths are chosen of God The Almighty Creator and I choose to love Him back sight unseen.

When people wrote that line they assumed the stars were holes in the sky and that the earth was the entirety of existence. Now we know there's a whole universe out there full of possibilities. Hopefully by the time the aliens master interstellar travel, they'll have long forgotten the fevered fearful imaginings of their pre-historic ancestors, unlike us, who can't seem to let go despite crushing evidence against.

We are created in the image of God, in that we have a "God consciousness", not a physical image. God the father is spirit and cannot be seen by man except through His Son or by a manifestation of Himself.

I don't believe God has favorites. his divine unconditional love shines equally on all. All things are but very sophisticated holographic images of God expressing himself. In the end all will merge back from whence it came.

Our spirit is made in the image of God. If there is other life on other planets, they may look different. But made by God would have a spirit. Like us.
