it all depends on the relationship. see, i think people nowadays say I LOVE YOU too freely. without even thinking. those are the strongest words anyone can ever say to anyone but there are so many people out there that only say it so that they can get what they want. it's hard to say if the love was genuine to begin with. it varies on each relationship. the only person who can honestly answer that question is that one person that was in the relationship to begin with.
