mailed me an application to get a copy of my first one. Or go to
your nearest DMV and go to the starting line and ask their, thats
if you prefer to do it in person.

You have to contact the state office in which the title was issued in and fill out a form to request another title due to loss of the original. In some states, you may have to pay a fee for losing it. It is a penalty fee and usually is not too expensive. Hope this helps. Good luck!
