If every single person on this planet followed the Golden rule (Do unto others as you would have done unto yourself) then there would be in war, nor suffering.
Sadly it's an immposibilty, what is possible though is that we all try to get the majority of people to do that, we'll never convert the world to 'Love' but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try...

Yes it would. Jesus said to love one another. You can not love someone and then kill them. World peace will never come, at least not until Jesus puts a end to all the evil.

I do. just look at it this way, when people being sincerely nice and care 4 u, of course u dont wanna hurt them. then if everyone or majority of ppl do this, u can tell world peace is on its way...
revenge, killing and war wont resolve any problem!

If everyone truly loved one another as themselves, and more than material things, they would likely find it difficult to go to war and kill fellow souls. Sadly, I don't think it will ever happen.
