What is your thought on the flynn effect?

I believe the Flynn Effect to be a fallacy. I assume that we have more general knowledge than previous generation because we have more structure than our ancestors. We have many more opportunities and have had further advancements in technology.
This is probably why past generations had lower IQ scores than we did.
