Amaretto sour is my favorite.
AMARETTO SOUR Drink Recipe
2 parts Amaretto
1 part Lemon Juice
Orange Slice
Maraschino cherry
Shake with ice and strain to a rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with maraschino berry & orange slice.
2nd fav - Mojito
ABSOLUT CITRON MOJITO Drink Recipe
2 parts ABSOLUT CITRON
1 part Lime Juice
Mint Leaves
Lime Slice
Sugar
Build in a rocks glass. Add mint, sugar and lime, muddle thoroughly. Add ice and fill with citron. Stir and garnish with lime wheel.

1ozlemon juice
1/2 oz sugar syrup
shake and strain, top with soda or lemonade
or you could just try a gin and tonic
