It depends on the school and the professor. A lot of professors will take the top grade in the class and make that the "A" and go down from there. For example: in an Organic Chemistry class I took an 81.6% would have been way above an "A" as the class average was about 52%. In other classes it would be a plain old B-. In most classes it would be considered a B or B-.

With no curve, that will be a B-. The general breakdowns are 90, 80, 70, 60.
In my organic chemistry 1 course, 80% was the lowest A, so keep in mind what kind of class it is.

It depends on the college. Some colleges consider it a C+, but at most it would be a B-.

i'm pretty sure thats a B- but it also depends on the teacher..and how they grade...and some teacher don't admit it..but when some of them don't like you..if you get a grade like that..they'll turn it into a C+...but on the grading scale that EVERYONE else uses that is a B-

in my school, that is a C, not a C+ either, in fact quite close to C-...i hate our grading system
