Is it like a steak like one would use for carne asada or maybe top sirloin? Help!

Try Buffalo/Bison Steaks...
almost no fat at all...
becareful it cooks REAL FAST...
due to the lack of fat...

Carne asada is usually fine - has very little fat through the meat - but that aids in cooking so it doesn't dry out and adds flavor.

I think your meaning whats the most tender, in my opinion its Filet of beef cooked slow.

you know its always better to just stop eating red meat altogether..lol..just my point of view.. its healthier that way!
