OK, I just got off the phone with two different parrot shop owners. One is my oldest sister has a shop and the other one is my mother and her shop and, I'm sure the answer is NO! what I did learn is people can not catch a disease or virus from a parrot or Cockatoo bite but a cockatoo can catch a virus from people and I don't mean from bitting the bird lol.
