What do I do, I'm so emotionally effed up right now, this happened like an hour ago, I stormed out of my girlfriends apartment and went back to my place to cool down.

wow.. that's just wrong... it's only a matter of time before she does it again so end it ...don't even let her explain herself to you ..don't have any contact with her what-so-ever at least for 3 months.... believe me this is a great way to get over her because if you have contact with her your just going to want her back.. call up your friends and talk to someone about it... as far as your dad...tell him you deserve an apology and that you'll no longer bring your gf around him because he CAN'T be trusted..

First off, if the only place you have to turn to is Yahoo Answers then you should seriously evaluate your life.
I would then treat her as if she was a whore (cause she kind of is) and do every fantasy you have ever imagined with her. Then drop her on her ***.
As for your dad, have a chat with him and find out how the whole thing went down. Is he still married to your mom? If so, let your mom know too. Make your dad beg for forgiveness either way.

End the relationship immediately with your girlfriend. If she will sleep with your dad, she will sleep with anyone.
And I have no idea how old you are, but if you live with your dad, I'd move out as soon as you can. Of course, I know you have to be of age. If your dad will sleep with your girlfriend, that has to tell you something.
You very likely need to either get some counseling, or talk to someone, a relative, a minster, a friend.
I'm so sorry this happened to you! I know it must feel unbearable!

You don't say if your dad's married or how old she is, but if there is any possibility that they will be together for awhile, be careful that you don't say anything that you might later regret. You are angry, you have right to be, and they need to know it. But you are going to miss a relationship with your dad even if not the friend. Let them know how you feel without details an avoid them both until you can think and act rationally.

That's horrible! What kind of girlfriend, or better yet dad, do you have?! I think I would have went off! I would ignore them both for like a week, or a month, see how they like that!

LEAVE HER. you deserve much better than that. so sorry this had to happen to you. oh, and calm down and don't do anything irrational right now. you're very emotional. call a good friend, have them come over and hang out, talk, etc. but leave her. she doesn't deserve you anymore.

So what is it that your dad has that you dont? You two have the same blood pulsing through your veins, do you look like him? He knows what your moves are b/c hes your dad & showed you the "ropes"... think about it. Shes not sleeping with your dad...shes sleeping with your creator... thats so EMO.
