If you're 88 lbs, you are definitely NOT overweight. You really should GAIN about 40 - 50 lbs. Do NOT believe that real women should look like Supermodels. They're too skinny and not at all healthy.
If you're 88 kgs., that means you're 194 lbs, so you need to LOSE 30 - 35 kgs.

you are grossly underweight for your height. You could easily gain 50% of your current body wieght at that height and still be considered quite thin. 5'9- you mean 5 feet 9 inches?
I think you are DANGEROUSLY skinny for your height.
at 5'9" if you weighed 125, you'd still be a bean pole!
