he needs to see a vet...male cats have very small openings for urine to pass through unlike female cats...often times male cats get blocked ...meaning the urine sits in the bladder with no where to go and creates infection and lots of pain. It's due to a build up of crystals. Get your sisters cat to a vet and bring a sample of the cats urine too. Goodluck with that!!! but now onto your cats. If they are 9 weeks it could be intestinal parasites...if they were treated for them then the worms are dying. which is good. If not, then it could the switch from one food brand to another really quickly. Switching foods should be done over the period of a week, gradually adding the new food while reduced the old food. If none of these are the case, get the little kittens to the vet and have it checked out. Blood in the stool is not good for long periods of time.

UTI or it could be from diarrhea or worms. Watch for diarrhea or straining in the litter box. Then after a few days take him to the vet if it doesn't get better.

I'd take him to the vet right away. If the blood is in his urine, it could be a bladder infection. It can be pretty easily cured with antibiotics. Did you examine both of them to see if maybe one just has a cut or something? Poor kitty :(

be cautious, but not too much, they're kittens, they might have just got a hold of an unprotected razor, but still get it checked out
