if we meet in some general way. then i start flirting with you and you reciprocate, after about a week of this off and on, i'm gonna ask you out, if you say yes i would probably make some effort to hold ur hand on the first date and at least a peck on the cheek goodnight. if a second date comes along, then i will definitely wanna hold hands and a lip kiss goodnight, and so on...
in other words, i will move as fast as the lady allows me. it's in the lady's control as to what she wants to do. :)

Well I would wait to get married with a girl for like a year minimum. But just getting togher and not doing anything sexual and the other studding like holding hands, I would give it 2 or 3 months

I'm quite happy to go with the flow, I'm not really an instigator. The only trouble is, with a guy like me, you have to let him know when you want to do something new, because he won't try it himself. I'm not put off by a slow-moving relationship.
