It will get a little stronger but it would take years to get any more of a higher alcohol content. Remember alcohol evaperates fater than water so it would balance out. But 10-20 years later it will be nice. Especially if it is sealed still if opened just leave the cap on. Thats the same for any hard liquor don't try it with Baileys or Kaluha. But vodka, whiskey, rum, tequilla, etc.... will last for many decades. For the Vinigar guy.... That's wine and that's if it is opened and left for a while or stored near the furnace.
I have a friend that when he buys a bottle he likes he gets 2 and stores one in the basement. He has wine and liquor that is already 10 years old and according to his sources will go up in value and taste.

no. it will turn to vinegar after 30 years if left open in a warm dry place but it will increase the potency.
