you can do a bridge on a full arch, you must have at least one molar on each side and a few teeth in the front, if you don't have enough teeth, you could also get implants to place where needed to do a bridge. you can replace numerous teeth as long as you have enough teeth to anchor the bridge in the right places. do a consultation with your dentist and he can give you your best options.

You can get up to 8 teeth replaced at one time. It is far better to have less than that, as the more teeth you replace the harder the bridge is to maintain. Also, this answer may vary from dentist to dentist, but I do believe the new Cerec machines can do 8 unit bridges.

It depends on the span and where in the mouth it is. Multiple teeth can be replaced but not more than a couple in a span especially if it is the molars missing.
