Men don't usually have babies. However, I had a friend in college whose father was in his 80's. He was actually old enough to be her grandfather.

Probably 90 or so.
The older the father the more likely the child will be autistic or schizophrenic or have some other serious defect. Even premenopausal breast cancer is connected to older fathers as is early childhood cancer. Daughers of old fathers are at higher risk.
