A friend of mine made a yummy sour cream dip using a packet of dried spinach that she bought from like a 'spice party' or something that she went to. I don't think they sell this in a regular grocery store. Does anyone know where you can get it from?

Or try chopped frozen spinach. Get all the moisture out. I've never heard of dried spinach.
