Why shouldn't they, many other religions that do not celebrate Christmas profit from it. I know you're probably trying to be funny with the kosher reference but it just does not work for me!

This has nothing to do with kosher. Assume you are Jewish and have a store that sells goods year round. At Christmas time you sales will probably go up and so will your profit. This has nothing to do with your religion. So there is nothing wrong with that.

Christmas has lost it's meaning and has become a holiday for material things and we cough up the money for it all so not just the Jews but they all profit from it.

More Christians profit from Christmas than any other religion.

Christmas has nothing to do with Jesus anymore.

Judaism demands of Jews to conduct their business honestly and legally, so if business is "kosher" if it is done in accordance with Jewish law.

Kosher has nothing to do with it.

If someone sells something that is legal in a legal way and someone else buys it legally - then all is good.

Possibly. On the surface, it might be idolotry, so we can't sell you nativity scenes. But all of the sales? or extra overtime? That's a secular part, and is therefore allowed.

Why not the birth of Christ was for everyone and took place within their community. Christmas is for them as well.
