i'd suggest wal mart, target, or a similar mass merchandiser, or the manufacturers website.

Radio Shack, I know for sure Walmart has some, Best Buy maybe, Circuit City, basically anywhere that sells camcorders. Heres a website selling some. Also I belive that different batteries will fit the charger so make sure you don't get one that is too big or small. Also get a battery charger for the company that made it.
