Your correct title is Mrs. Ms. is also correct, if that is what you prefer. Ms. is a title that some women prefer because it does not identify whether they are married or not (as Mr. does not). It is also the title to use when you are not sure if the person is married.
The invitatios should be addressed "Mr. James Smith and Mrs. Susan Jones."

I vote for Mrs. Maidenname. Ms makes it sound like you never got married at all!

That would strictly be up to you. It's your name and you have a right to be Ms. or Mrs.; depending upon which you feel suits you best. There are no set rules to go by because more and more women are choosing to use Ms. (versus Miss or Mrs.) and/or to keep their maiden names when they marry. I do know a few women who used Ms. until they had children and then changed to Mrs. just to offset the hassle they got... You're always going to get a certain amount of flack for not taking your husband's name--but who cares! It's what makes you happy. I've opted for the hubby's sirname, but still use Ms. (legally, my sirname and my husband's are not the same; but I still use his because I happen to like it better!)

If the invitation is going to you, what difference does it make? You are the only ones who will see it.
If you are addressing them to others in the same situation, it should be--
Mr. John Jones
Mrs. Jane Smith
Street Address
City, State

It's a matter of personal preference. I'm married (did take my husband's last name after much "negotiation"), and privately I go by Mrs., but professionally I go by Ms.

Both "Ms" and "Mrs" imply that a woman is married. However, I would use "Mrs" because it is undeniable that you're married - while some people still may have doubts by only seeing "Ms"

It is your preference; however, for someone who does not know your preference the standard would be to use "Ms."
I'm getting married in the Fall and am sticking with Ms. All the best to you!

Ms. Maiden Name - Married Name or Mrs. Maiden Name - Married Name. Good luck and God bless. Many women these days hyphenate their married name while still keeping their maiden name.

You are Ms. Since you didn't take your husband's name, you are not addressed as Mrs.

Ms. is just as correct as Mrs. It is up to you to decide.
