can you help it go away please. at first it was a pimple and i got the stuff out of it, then it went away. then it came back

It is still inflamed, you didn't get all the "stuff" out. Use a hot washcloth to open up the pore of the blemish, put some hydrogen peroxide on it, let it dry, then put Clearasil on it and don't touch it anymore.

It sounds like you've created an ongoing infection. A staph infection just sits around on the face waiting for people like you to come along and give them a place to live. Follow the directions and use a hot washcloth, when it's open use peroxide and then see what happens. Keep your fingers off. Do not, pick around your face, do not pinch pimples, do not pick at hairs. Use a hot cloth and let nature take it's course.
