It's time to get it repaired or replaced.
I wouldn't recommend trying to use it
now that it's malfunctioning for your
own safety.

The shadow mask inside the tube has moved and has made a patch of colour.Sometimes a small magnet placed at the back of the tube in a spot you find by trial and error can fix this but usually you have to accept that the tube is irretrievably
faulty.

The aperature mask (or shadow mask) inside the tube got bent and distorted, there is no fix for this problem, other than to replace the picture tube.

Take it to a TV repair place or buy a new TV.

Try using the antenna if you have one. If that doesn't work, you can either get it repaired or buy a new cheap one.
