Well, Teddie is right - but it seems a little complicated.
Insert the CD. Then just go into your email program. There somewhere you have the option to ATTACH a file/picture. A window should pop up where you can BROWSE your pc to look for the file. Find it on the CD, click OPEN and you're done.

Put the CD into your computer's CD drive. Go to the Start Button, then My Computer. Click on the CD drive. This should bring up a list of the picutures. On the left is a list of things you can do with them. Go to Edit>Select All. Then click on Copy these files. This will ask you where to put them. I like to copy them to My Pictures. Click on where you want to put them, then Okay. This will copy them from the CD into your computer. Then you can go to your email program and attach them to your email.
