I have an HP. And everytime I start windows, system32 pops up. How do I stop it?

Wow...I can't believe I didn't check that. I didn't know that system32 folder could be a startup thing. Thanks, and it worked.

The reason is because it's in your start up files. If you'd like to take it out, click on "start" then "run" and in the run box, type in msconfig You'll immed see the tabs at the top of the page. Click on the start tab and delete that particular item from the list, then restart the computer so that the new changes can take effect. Larry RadioShack 01-9590
