I cant seem to get near the malls on the weekend and I have to wait one hour at the resturants around here to eat. Thank god I am so busy at work that I have been on 60+ hour weeks for the entire year. I have put scrubbers on coal plants worked at a bio-fuel plant and an ethanol facility. What did bill do again? Oh thats right he got a BJ. By a fat chick no- less

The economy is the best it has been . The unemployment rate is the lowest in United States history at 4% .
Maybe they just think the opposite , because the democrats have wanted you to think you are poor and ignorant - and in order to get votes they have to keep you that way .And if the economy is good- they have to make you see that it's bad . Or else they don't have a platform ; now, do they ?

That's funny.

I got laid off from my job, and was out of work for 2 years.
Then, I got a job that paid 72% of what I made before I got laid off.

Oh yeah, what did George do? Got is mired in an un-winnable war and totally obliterated the first federal surplus in a century....
I guess we're all wearing a blue dress now.

You can't always go by consumer spending as a measure for how the economy is doing. A lot of people are up to their eyeballs in credit card debt, spending money they don't really have. I believe the average American is $10,000 in the red.
