this question may pose a little more difficulty.
Jet Li is incredibly fast and most of his moves are very focused. He also has the ability to alter his technique in the middle of a move. this requires great skill and clarity of the mind.
Steven Seagal as I said in a previous post that I believe you asked has a small fighting circle and it too requires a focused mind. Steven Seagal is also very strong and very large, this factor is both an asset and a detriment.
I think I would have to go with Jet Li on this one due to the fact that because of Stevens Size his pressure point surfaces are larger (for most of us our pressure points are about the size of a quarter, his are about the size of a half dollar) In martial arts this much of a difference is like having basketball hoops the size of a hula hoop. In short I think with Jet Li's knowledge of pressure points and speed he would ultimately win, however with Steven's size all it would take is one mistake and Steven could gain the advantage. So it would be a close fight where anything could happen but I would go with Jet Li.

Jet Li.
Steven Seagal is an action movie actor, and I've never seen him use any specific style in his movies. Jet Li, on the other hand, is a martial artist-turned-actor who can, in fact, fight off-screen.
Secondly, it doesn't matter how tall a person is or how much they weigh. I've seen a 115-lb woman knock a 250-lb man on his ***, using techniques from Krav Maga. Size matters very little against raw physics (which is what martial arts is).

Jet Li!!! He's definitely the better fighter. He's faster and has been a master at wushu for nearly his whole life. Seagal doesn't have the experience or the fluidity that Jet Li possesses.

I like Jet Li more and would pick him against most but I think Steven has a Height/Weight advantage and has a simpler/tougher approach.
By the way, Hero is one of my favorites and I love most of Jet Li movies.

In real life Steven Segal got roughed up by a bunch of mobsters, so my vote would have to go to Jet Li.
