I recently had a dream where I cheated on my boyfriend of two years whom I love to death. It felt so real and really upset me ( I would never in a million years cheat on anyone.) So I finally talked to him about it so I wouldnt be hiding anything from him. Of course he was hurt but he told me it was ok and was just a dream and he was glad that I came to him. He said everything was going to be okay. So I should feel better right? But I feel absolutely horrible! I cant stop crying. I feel like it happened for real or something. I dont know what to do to feel better. Help.

I think dreams mean what is on your mind and what to loOK out for. When I first had my child, I had constant dreams about her dieing and I would wake up crying. I think in your situation as well as what happened in mine, is when you really care about someone, you dream stuff like that. Don't worry everything is ok.

a lot of people believe dreams are interpretations of things that happen in real life but the way the dream comes out is not always obvious/ perhaps things in your life are getting too routine, try doing something different to spice up the relationship, i seriously doubt the dream truly had anything to do with cheating that's just how your subconscious related the message

Wanna hear something comforting? Everyone in relationships, good or bad, has cheating dreams. It does not mean you have a deep-seated feeling to stray. It just happens. Stop crying and beating yourself up. Cheating dreams are as common and normal as wet dreams.

It was just a dream..It doesn't mean anything at all.. Dont be upset with yourself soo much especially if you know you wouldnt ever cheat on him in real life.. Its good that you were honest with him about it. Hang out with him more and you'll forget about it soon enough.

a dream about sex with someone other than your boyfriend is perfectly normal...if anything, use the dream to spice up your current relationship....it only becomes a problem if you decide to act on that dream...so stop beating yourself up
