It's normal to have obsessions- everyone, and I mean everyone, does sometime in their life, but they may be obsessed with different things. Just because the song reminds you of your former flame doesn't make you obsessed- guess what? That song reminds me of my ex, too. I think everyone feels that way about some old boyfriend or girlfriend when they hear that song.

I think it is only natural that we connect memories to music. I think we all have that one special someone we let get away. I always think of my x when I hear it. That doesn't mean I want to be back with him. It just means that sometimes, I give in to a wave of nostalgia.
