For the long run, Jessie will be better because he will probably become a well educated interior designer and you will both be rich and live in a big house.
Nicole will just end up becoming pregnant and turn into a fat cow, then divorce you and take everything you worked your whole life for.

The thing is this, You have to decide what You want to do. The best thing to do is to observe the situation, Which i am sure you have already done. If not, observe first. Do not rush into anything, The last thing you want is to get hurt in the end.
Getting to know a person before you get into anything plays a major role in a relationship or even dating in that matter! Ive been in your position many a time, And yes i know, It is hard to think about things when u like two people. But you can not date or be in a relationship with two people.
So it is completely up to you. Just think and observe everything before you dive in!
