I am 22 years old and graduated high school in 2003, I want to go back to school, but don't have the money. What kind of scholarships are out there, and how do I get one?

First you need to decide which schools you might want to apply to and then go online to FAFSA.com and fill out your FAFSA form. You can put any University down as a possible, you don't have to apply to all of them or any of them first. To do the FAFSA you will need last years tax info.
Once the FAFSA is filled out you can see how much you are responsible for paying and how much you can attain in Loans and Grants. Then when you have been accepted to the schools you can go in and talk to the financial aid advisor about scholorships and grants that you can apply for. The scholarships and grants you can apply for will be determined by the major you decide on. Different majors have different scholarships. and grants.

In the UK there is a publication (published by the Charities Aid Foundation) which lists educational scholarships. I imagine that you are in the US, and should think a similar publication exists there.

I would GOogle 'educational scholarships' and also look on the websites of any educational establishments you particularly fancy, and email them to ask about scholarships.

GOod luck!

Also, check groups in your community, i.e. Ruritans, Zonta, etc.
